CodePulse will process Customer Data only for purposes reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the contracted Services, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Access to repositories occurs only where an authorised user or organisation grants the necessary permissions.

CodePulse does not obtain ownership of Customer Data merely because that information is processed through the platform.

Customers should avoid committing passwords, private keys, access tokens, production credentials or other secrets directly into source code. CodePulse may identify such information as a potential security exposure, but customers remain responsible for secure credential-management practices.

AI Processing

Certain CodePulse functionality uses artificial intelligence or automated analysis to evaluate code changes and produce findings, scores, summaries and remediation suggestions.

Depending on the production architecture, relevant portions of authorised data may be processed by AI infrastructure or technology providers used to deliver these functions.

[TO CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: whether source code/code snippets are transmitted to any external AI model provider and, if so, identify the relevant subprocessors and contractual/data-retention protections.]

CodePulse-generated analysis should be treated as engineering decision-support and not as a substitute for appropriate human review, testing, security assessment or professional judgement.

07

Data Isolation and Access Control

CodePulse is designed as a multi-tenant SaaS platform with logical separation between customer organisations.

Access to information is controlled through account permissions and role-based access.

Users should only be able to access information authorised for their organisation and assigned role.

Customers are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions to their users and promptly removing access when it is no longer required.

08

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
